Belgian National ChampionshipsEvy Burke-Bosschem competed this last weekend in the C Ladies event in Herentals. She recorded a good win against Annelies Dubois in the first round and went on to make it to the final. She lost the final 3-0. 2nd place in your first National Champs is not a bad effort. Well done Evy!!!

French Junior Open, Marseille Burkesquash players Loic Vercammen U/17, Arnaud Dedecker U/19, Jan Van Den Herrewegen U15 and Vincent Cardon U/17 had a good weekend (except for the cancelled flights out of Charleroi!) at the French Junior, winning some good, hard fought matches and acquiring some much needed international competition. Arnaud placed 19th, Jan 26th, Loic 38th and Vincent 44th overall.
The level at this tournament is the best in Europe, so that's a good effort from the players, and hopefully can used these experiences to improve their level in the future!!!!!!
